I am struggling to understand how Customer Insights triggers are moved between solutions.
Background:
I've built out 2 triggers in the Dev environment using the front-end Customer Insights Real-time journeys, tested it and al is good.
I then added the triggers (the Catalog Assignment, Custom API and Custom API Request Parameters components were added automatically) to a solution.
I exported the solution and imported the managed solution into my UAT environment.
Both the DEV and UAT are on the same version of Customer Insights - Journey version.
The 2 triggers show up on the list of triggers in Customer Insights - Real-time Journey Triggers but as draft.
If I click on any of the 2 triggers, I get a message "Triggers are not available in Solution Only mode."
Can someone please explain to me what this mean and then explain what I did wrong and then how to fix it.
