Po creation: NAV to Outlook - Access denied

HI

Can you help me understand this error message?

User has clicked ‘Send’ and selected perameters to create pdf file and send via email,

Then user can see the email preview,

But when NAV trys to access the Outlook program this prompt comes up

    I have the same problem; the strange thing is that's seems to be random. The error doesn't happen allways; sometimes Outlook is correctly opened with the attached PO
