Mailbox Configuration in two Dynamics Instances

Hi,

Is there any way to configure mailbox for two dynamics instances at the same time? My Organization has two instances and we are using both together. When I tried to Test & Enable the mailbox for one instance, its got failed for the other. We tried un-checking the option. But, its not working!!. Please confirm the possibility of enabling mailbox for two D365 instances

Hi Savitha,

This is not supported. A mailbox can be configured on only one dynamics instance at a given time.
