This is a bit problematic, because I don't have a connection to this person who sees. We are asked to tell what to do in global admin level, to allow App for Outlook. As much as I understand they should not need to do anything. But then we are told that maybe they have blocked the possibility to use App for Outlook and now these people do now know if they have blocked it and if yes, what to do to unblock it.... :)
I know this not easy to understand. Too many people and no possibility to discuss all together... and I don't even know if what they ask is relevant at all!
I try to explain once again:
There is an organisation and a supplier who is responsible for the tenant.
Then we have Dynamics 365 CRM another supplier. CRM is in the same tenant.
Me and one team are making D365 CRM implementation and we would need to use App for Outlook.
D365 CRM supplier cannot find any reason why we cannot install the App for Outlook. (Serverside synchronization is enabled)
Now we are asked to tell what should they need to do in the tenanat/global admin level (I am not sure is this right way to say this) so that we could use App for Outlook.
We are also told that in earlier implementations of D365 CRM they have disabled the use of App for Outlook. Nobody knows is this truth. Is that even possible? If yes, I needed to tell for them how to enable App for Outlook again :).
Yes, complicated because I cannot discuss direct with the all of them ...
