Issues on online-offline status in omni channel

I have done omni channel setup in my org. Cases are routed only when the status is online. But status icon at the top shows as red Icon. When I tried to set Presence Status, there are no options to select. What could be the reasons for that. Please let me know what settings I need to check for that.
