Installing Reporting Services after R2 Install Error - URGENT

I have installed and completed the AX 2012 to AX 2012 R2 upgrade checklist successfully, however I am running into an issue after I have uninstalled reporting services and now I am installing from R2 install files. When I install, I am getting the error that 'Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services Web Service' cant install and wont let me move past it. I have sql server reporting services installed. The reporting url obviously does not work right now because I have the reporting services uninstalled. I also do not have enterprise portal installed yet, I am not sure if that has to be done before or not as we don't use the EP to Reporting services integration right now. Any help is appreciated. We did NOT run into this in our development. I appreciate it.

1. Verify that a supported version of Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services is installed. For more information about which versions are supported, see the System Requirements at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=165377.

2. Open your browser and verify that you can access the Reporting Services web service URL http://databaseserver/ReportServer_AX2012.
