Dear Members,
I need to send approval or rejection email to any user like (CEO or higher management users) that the workflow step is approved or rejected. If the user is part of workflow then it is easy to send these types of emails. But question is to send email to other user, which is not included in the workflow process. The email addresses can be multiple also.

In the Notification section, of the workflow configuraiton pane you can specify user on events like , workflow approved, stopped etc. The description , place holders you added there will also be send in email .

In the workflow you can specify at several points to notify users. These can be users which are not the submitter or the approver. The users must be a user with workflow permissions in AX.
You can also use alerts on status change of e.g. a PO or timesheet. Also in this case they need to be users.
