I am not able to login in to "Field Service Mobile App" via CRM Admin Credentials it says "Failed to connect. Please verify your login information and check your internet connection". I have already checked the credentials and internet connection.
Complete error message - "Failed to connect. Please verify your login information and check your internet connection. Server Error: An error occurred when processing the security tokens in the message: Authorization failed ".
Any Suggestions?

I've encountered this problem before. You should check the roles of the user. Mobile App wants to let you Bring.
I describe this solution;
1. Go To Field Service Hub
2. You can click Resources.
3.You can add resource user.
Can you confirm if the following are true
1. User is created as Bookable Resources
2. User is enabled for mobile usage (need to enable this in the resources form, field service tab)
