Pending Approval under PTE Expenses

Hi,

Under PTE Expenses when any user click on Pending approval to see his pending expenses OR approver want to overview expense to approve. We are facing this message which takes around 4 to 5 minutes to load the page.

Any suggestions to fix it.

    Hello,

    I would recommend once it loads, have the user change the restriction to 'Exclude Historic Transactions' on the top.

    By default Historic Transactions would be loaded as well.  If they have been using PTE for Employee Expenses for some time, then they most likely are loading way more information than they need to in the background.  

    This Restriction is saved automatically per user.  Once a user changes it, it will stay that way and the list should load faster for them.
