There is an issue while I am entering return transaction in MPOS as a cash and carry transaction. I configured the auto charges on lines on products. On normal sales transaction there is no issue, MPOS picked the auto charges.
Return Scenario:
Before Statement Posting in D365FO
If I want to return transaction, MPOS pick the auto charges as a refundable. (NO Issue in this case)
After Statement Posting in D365FO
If I want to return transaction, MPOS doesn't pick the auto charges as a refundable. (Issue in this case)
MPOS should pick the charges even after posting the sales transaction in D365 FO. What will be the reason for this behavior.
There is no customization in MPOS installation.
