What are the pre-requisite software to set up the dynamics ax development working environment ? How to set up the Dynamics AX Dev working environment ? Please let me know .

You never "install" AX 7, you always use complete machines prepared by Microsoft (you either deploy virtual machines to Azure, or download a virtual hard disk and set up a virtual machine locally.
