Is on-promise or cloud talent hosting possible?
Is direct customization on Talent possible?

As far as i am aware, Talent is only available as a cloud hosted service at the moment, and no, direct customisation is not possible.
Cloud hosted only (direct competition to Oracle Taleo Cloud Service)
Customisation through Custom Fields and Power apps

Note: Custom Fields does NOT work with the Onboard and Attract Apps
