Hi all,

I have installed Dynamics 365 Marketing Trial version. As per documentation trail should have default pre-authenticated domain for sending email messages. but I can't see any preauth domain in settings and can't make emails as go-line.

Any help much appreciated

Hi,

According to Microsoft's official documentation, every Dynamics 365 Marketing environment installation comes with a pre-authenticated domain ending with dyn365mktg.com.

Our team has applied the Dynamics 365 Marketing trial version using different test accounts without reproducing your error.

Therefore, we would like to ask if there are any other accounts using this environment other than yours and if you or anyone else using the environment has accidentally deleted the record.

If auditing is turned on in your environment, you can view the audit logs by following this path.
PPAC -> Environment (Marketing Trial) -> Settings -> Audit and logging -> summary

If you have ruled out all of the above possibilities, there may be a bug in the software, and I recommend contacting Microsoft for support using the following link.

Thanks so much for your response.

Yes the document says both trail and Purchase should come with default pre-auth domain but I haven't got any . Also the env. is not shared , Its my personal trial account created using Microsoft 365 trial account , may be thats the reason its not having default domain and its a bug. I have raised the ticket with MS

Hi,

I got the same and submitted MS ticket. There is a bug where MS Product team try to resolve. However, they didn't give me ETA.
