I have gone to customisation, then case entity then views and created a new view then I have published it.
however, when I go to service hub app cases from the view drop down list I cannot see this option.
I have tried different browsers and computers and cannot see this view.
 
what am I doing wrong?

    Have you added the view to the Service Hub model driven app?
     
    • Go https://make.powerapps.com and go to your Default Solution > Apps
    • Find the Service Hub app and click on 'Edit'
    • In the App edit page, find the Case entity in the left side navigation menu. There should be two entries for it, 'Forms' and 'Views'
    • Click on the 'Views', and then in the right pane check if your view is included. If not, add it to the app
    • Publish and Play
     
    Some tables and apps have all views automatically added, but many do not and must be manually maintained.
