Unable to add an image into the notes section

I am unable to add an image when entering a note in the Summary screen. Is this something that has just been done? I don't remember ever having someone ask or advise that the image is not staying when adding an image to the notes section.

Hi,

You will need to Enable Rich Text Editor for Notes

Thank you very much. - We found that if we copy the texting it actually will paste the image required. Thanks heaps.
