Hi, I have been tasked to update work hours to reflect holidays that were not registered from the beginning.
I know I have to create new template as it does not reflect changes to existing template resource. But I am having trouble finding the current template for bookable resources. Some resources are available only 20 hours per week for example while others work normal 37,5 hours. How do I find current template for resources without opening each calendar for all resources?

Unfortunately there is no way of knowing which template is applied to a resource - unless you have created some sort of process to capture the assigned template. The best thing you can do is create new Templates and assign those to resources. I usually create templates based on # of hours per week, time zone, etc. I hope that helps
That's what I thought, hoped I was missing something. I will then have to update all the resources.
