Use email template in power automate

Hi,

Is it possible to use email template in power automate?

I want the customer to configure all email templates in CRM then through power automate we use these email templates in sending them email through outlook connector.

Hi,

Yes it’s possible. You need to define the email template in CRM first and then in the power automate you need to use “SendEmailFromTemplate” unbound action to send an email.

You need to specify id of the template which you want to use for sending an email in TemplateId parameter and in the target parameter you need to specify the recipients of the email.
