How to find a user who post any transaction in Vouchers, Form name is LedgerTransVoucher. Which field is Created by or what?

Please check GL/Inquiries/Audit trial.
In this form you can see the different users who created transactions in your system.

Please check if you can insert 'Created by' and 'Created date' fields. Here is the screen shot from D365 and by inserting these column we can find who created.
