How can I add the Customer Services module and Customer Services Hub?

Hello,

My tenant appears to be missing the Customer Service tab in the menu at the top of D365 (only has Sales) and neither does it have the Customer Services Hub. I think I'm missing something really easy here but can't see where it is. We are licensed for it so that isn't an issue.

I tried adding it as a Solution but can't see it in the marketplace.

Thanks.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Murrell,

Let us confirm a few things:

1, In the user's D365 environment, the APP bar or enter home.dynamics.com, is there the Customer Service? If there is, can users successfully enter it?

2, What is the user's D365 security role? What is the user's Microsoft 365 role?

3, After cleaning up the browser cache and cookies, is this problem still there?

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Lu Hao
