Hi to all,

I have some issue in timesheet on the portal. I don't have much more idea about portal.

The comments field is greyed out on posted timesheets in previous periods in the enterprise portal.

Comments button enabled on line 1

Comments button disabled on line 2

So any one have idea why second line field not editable.

I want to enable this field.

Hi Piyush,

Can you indicate which version of AX 2012 and which CU you are using? Was this timesheet submitted for approval before?

I am using Ax 2012 CU1.

Approval status for this time sheet is posted.

First line comment enable but second line disable......?????

Hi Piyush,

It is/should not be possible to change posted timesheets. You can only view the comments. But the first line appears to have hours filled in some of the days. The second line, at least as far as I can see in this preview, does not have hours filled. So when you don't have hours, the button for the comments is disabled.

I am also so only want to see the comment.

But in second line comment disable, second line also have a hours.

Hi Piyush,

I don't have a CU1 version running to have this one checked. I only have access to a CU7. The enterprise portal in this version is different. The comment fields are now directly visible on the timesheets form.

Do you know if both the lines had comments filled?

Dear sir, we are experiencing issues with Timesheet line approval beyond the first line of the Timesheet - first line always works fine - but after that, workflow, ability to edit comments, etc - all are not working. We have an open case with MSFT and they have uploaded our database and confirmed / duplicated the issue. I hope to have this resolved soon - we are on AX 2012 R2
