Assignee can't create Sub-grid Record after assign the parent record to her/him.

When I assign a record to a User1 who is in the same Business Unit as me, User1 can't Create new sub-grid record.

Also tried to share the record with User1 with all the privileges, still can't create sub-grid.

We upgraded our CRM to V9. However, same issue exist in V8.

I appreciate you help.
