To make a charge, first I have to process a wave, is it? After the job must be created manually or automatically?
Or how the process goes? There a manual that explains the process in detail?

In order to create work for a load you need to release it to warehouse (you need the quantity on the load to be reserved in order to do that)
Depending on your wave template, you'll either than need to release and process the wave (or that might happen automatically)
