Project Budget Balances are not showing correct consumed budget
?When reviewing the Project Budget Balances screen, I discovered transactions that are correctly coded to this budget line are not showing as consumed costs. I'm wondering if this has something to do with the activities on the budget line item. Originally, the budget was set up with activities, however, since we are unable to get reports based on activities, we have stopped using them. I've included a screen shot of the journal entries that were used in the this particular scenario as well as some project reports showing where it is coded. How do we fix this so this area of the project module is more useful and so we can use this Project Budget Balances area to show real-time expenditures for each grant?
