Feature Management:
Depending on your Dynamics 365 version, you might need to enable the "Consolidated invoice" feature within Feature Management before accessing the settings.

Can anyone please advise if the "Consolidated invoice" functionality is available in other regions too, and if not, how does anyone else generate a "Consolidated invoice"?

I had a look in Feature Management and the closest I could find was the following Feature "Enable tax adjustment on consolidated invoice for Japan".

Some other info pasted below from an AI search said the following:
Important points to consider:
  • Regional requirements:
Consolidated invoicing is often specifically needed for certain regions like Japan, so check if your localization settings are configured accordingly.

"The consolidated invoicing feature in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is primarily designed for Japan, catering to the country's specific business practices ¹. However, it appears that the feature can also be utilized in other regions, albeit with some limitations.
Global Availability
While the feature is mainly targeted at Japanese businesses, there's no clear indication that it's exclusively restricted to Japan. Microsoft documentation doesn't explicitly state regional restrictions, suggesting potential flexibility ¹ ²[5).
Regional Considerations
It's essential to note that electronic invoicing regulations and requirements vary across countries. Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations provides globalization features and electronic invoicing services, but these might not be universally available [3).
Using Consolidated Invoicing
If you're interested in using consolidated invoicing, ensure you configure the necessary settings, such as accounts receivable parameters, payment days, and terms of payment ¹. Additionally, explore the feature's capabilities, like creating and confirming customer consolidated invoices ² and consolidating multiple orders into a single invoice ³.
To confirm the feature's availability and specific requirements for your region, I recommend consulting Microsoft's official documentation or reaching out to their support team".
