[Electronic reporting] Bank account information and email not displayed in my custom Sales invoice

Hello everyone,

I want to generate my own sales invoice for my clients. So i want to display some informations such as legal entity bank account informations (bank name, Iban and swift code). I'm using electronic reporting. I started with a standard report (Sales invoice Excel (FR)) that i modified in order to have only the fields i really need. So I created a range to display my bank account informations:

As shown on the picture, the three fields are well mapped with company. I change the status of my electronic reporting "Complete" and i choose this ER in print management.

My legal entities informations are well valued:

When I generate a sales invoice, the bank informations are not displayed:

The same problem with the email:

Can someone help me on this problem please ?

Hi Pierre,

Thank you for sharing your scenario.

I have tested the default mapping and the result is as expected:

In your test, please make sure you have the IBAN and the email recorded before you post the invoice where the data is referenced.

When you export the invoice layout using your template in GER the system will consider data that was available when invoice posting occurred.

Thank your for your answer. Yes the IBAN and email are well recorded in the legal entity parameters as previously shown, it stil doesnt work. What I do not understand is that company phone number is displayed but not the email...

Can you be more precise on your last sentence please, what do you expect me to do ? : When you export the invoice layout using your template in GER the system will consider data that was available when invoice posting occurred.

Please post a new Invoice and use BDM layout.

Can you see the IBAN and email in your document?
