Hi,
We have one custom entity in dynamic 365 crm, in that their is one tab and tab contains two web resource. Whenever user click on that tab we are face this issue which is shown in below screenshot. Currently we are on dynamic 365 crm 9.1 online version.
Please let us know if anybody had face is this issue.

It seems some customization issue, have you done any customization for that tab if not we would request to open support request using https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support for further investigation because this issue is not trending issue. Thank you for understanding.
