How to create a activity in CRM automatically after dialing a account using mobile App

Hi All,

My question maybe silly, please excuse and help me on the below query.

I have a task, I am using mobile app, when I click the account/contact - I can dial my customer but how to capture the details automatically in CRM as an activity.

Hi,

If I understood correctly, you are talking about click to call, means you click on customer/account from mobile app and it started dialling the customer, If this is correct then you can't automatically log the calls and details you have to manually log the Phone call through timeline and activities. You can mention weather call was outgoing or incoming and in this case it would be outgoing along with discussions on call
