Chargeable/Adjusted transactions not showing in Project Statement

Hello Experts,

Got a question and hope someone here can help me on this.

While looking the transaction from Project statement I can see only the transaction which are fully Invoiced.

Is there any reason I can't see chargeable , Adjusted or Non-Chargeable transaction there or there is some setup to get that..

So, if I go to Project Statement from Project > Calculate > check the fee transaction (for example). it showed only which are full invoiced .. not any other transactions whose status is chargeable

    Hi,

Do you have some transactions that have not been invoiced for the project no ...10178?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Thanks Ludwig for coming back on this.

Yea I do have multiple transaction on this project which are chargeable or Adjusted.

But the point is when I hit Calculate button in Project Statement form it give me the cost which is fully invoiced. So my assumption is it will show only transaction which are fully invoice because this what it's fetched in total.

The same sort of filter available in Posted transactions form which works fine in terms of filtering the transaction based on Invoice status.

So just wondering it's by design or I am missing some thing.

    Thanks again.

    Good morning Zohaib,

Many thanks for sharing this screenprint.

The reason why D365FO behaves this way seems to be the transaction type that you use.

    You only have fee transactions.

Fee transactions don't create accounting voucher unless they are invoiced.

The project statement does not recognize them as realized revenue unless those transactions are invoiced.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Thanks Ludwig,

    That make sense.

    Thanks again for your response.

    Zohaib
