I have sub form in Main form . Sub Form has fields

Location , Date , receipt Amount , receipt Date . If user presses Esc on form then it should clear Receipt Date , Receipt Amount with blank values in all records.

Very strange behaviour. You can use OnClosePage trigger to write your code for blanking the fields.

You can set Receipt amount ='' on 'onQueryClosePage' trigger
