our request is to -
Open an new record with a customer and survey field
select the CV survey and fill in the contact
Save record
Based on survey selected the form shows the correct survey from the lookup and allows the client to populate. The survey is linked back to the contact by the variable.
Does anyone know of a different way to achieve this goal? (embedded customer voice form that is contextual to the field value)
If this is the best way does anyone know a good starting point to work from around the development? or a guide that follows a similar goal?
