I want to know why the service item is always ask for item comment when I select it in the POS and how can I remove this item comment

Did you ever get this issue resolved? I am experiencing the same issue.
Just make sure to remove the marked check box from the setup of that item, underneath the retail fast tab.
Go To warehouse management tab- retails POS - jus un-mark the "Must key in comments" - Select this check box to require that the cashier enter a comment at the register. A reminder is displayed at the register.
