PR are not showing in PR list after change number sequence

Hi Experts,

It was told to me to change all system number sequence i did as per requirement. Now when we create a new PR purchase requisition it doesn't show in PR list, we must to write the PR number to find the PR in PR list but it doesn't Appear normally as old PR number sequence was. Please check the above image.

Hello Shabir,

Is there any filter that has been set / customized for this form, which would filter out your new numbers?

Your new number sequence seems not having the two digit year (?!) identifier included and I wonder whether some customizations have been made that would filter the form for the old number sequence structure.

Hello Dr. Ludwig Reinhard ,

No, customization has been done to the this form, as this PR list would go in past starting with year digit for example in 2019 it was PR-19-00001, PR-19-00002 and in 20202 PR-20-00001 , PR-20-00002 now I removed year digit and increase last digit in this sequence.

PR-00001, PR-00002 this is new number sequences but in PR list not show until unless we give full number of PR and find out.

Hi Shabir,

I would suggest you can capture the trace and anayze the trace. check the SQL script which is used to filter the PRs. this may give you some info on why the new PRs cannot show up.

can you share your former number sequence format and new format? It's a bit weird a see, but maybe it's just about sorting.
