Hi:
An end user has reviewed a Physical Inventory Journal, where duplicate records appear.
An item will appear on one record and in another record below that.
The only difference is that the Dimension Value for "Products" is different between the two records.
I tried to advise her that, likely, transactions for the same item are being entered for separate Dimension Values.
But, she says that that's not possible.
If not, what else can be causing such duplicates?
