Only Attract and Onboard applications will be discontinued, this is also stated here - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365-release-plan/2019wave2/dynamics365-talent/.
All the other modules that you have mentioned will be included in D365 for Human Resources. The slide that you are sharing was meant to give the overall view of capabilities which covers compliance, learning and employee development.
