Personalisation to MSS

Hi,

I am trying to remove these options from MSS > My Team Information > Summary

When I hide them, they disappear and I can reset the hide, but the export of XML with the pesonalisation doesn't contain the XML. 

When I click on personalise this page and then export, I get an XML file for EssWorkspaceStandard view not MSS as I would be expecting.

Can anyone help?

    What do you mean for ‘the export of XML with the personalisation doesn't contain the XML’? You can’t export .XML in Personalization form?

    And what is your expected XML file? The standard file exported in MSS workspace is EssWorkspaceClassic view.

    When you press export here

    You get XML for the personalised page:

    I was expecting to see XML in this file relating to the visibility of the element I have hidden. It isn't in there.

    With regard to receiving an ESS Standard file, I thought there would be a different file name if you are personalising the MSS form.
