Upload OBM form submissions to new RTM form

I understand it is not possible to copy an existing Live OBM form to RTM. Is it possible to upload submissions from an OBM form to a new RTM form that includes the exact fields of the OBM form? 
 
When viewing the Submissions tab on a Live form, there are Excel template options to upload and download on the right (see highlighted areas below). Does this mean submissions can be uploaded? If so, are there instructions? I cannot find instructions in the documentation webpages.

    Hi,
     
     
    Our team analyzed your requirements and concluded that your desire to transfer OBM form submissions to RTM form submissions by exporting Excel data is not supported.
     
    According to our team's testing, OBM and RTM form "Submit" tab has only export option for data in this column and not import option.

    Therefore, we believe that your request is not supported out-of-the-box, and you can use the following link to get Microsoft technical support.

    In addition, according to Microsoft's official documentation, after September 1, 2023, D365 Marketing customers will only receive real-time marketing features, we recommend you move from OBM to RTM, here are some related links to help you.
