Publish a claim based enterprise portal via TMG server.

Anyone have experience in publish a Dynamics AX EP via TMG server?

My environment is Dynamics AX 2012 + SharePoint 2010 + Forefront TMG 2010;

I have published a Claim based EP via TMG server. From client browser to TMG and TMG to SharePoint site are both using HTTPS and same SSL certification file. Now the issue is: I can access EP via my internal URL and everything is working fine. I also can use external URL to access EP via TMG server. But when i try to trigger some Ajax post back action, there is a JavaScript error and all the Ajax post back failed. The error message is:
