Time Off Request - "Amount" Field

Hi,

When I try to request time off, the amount is always, by default, 0. Is it possible to change this default value to be 8 instead of 0?

Also, I can insert values like 1, 2, 3, ..., 8. Is it possible to change this, so the user can only insert 4 or 8?

    Hello Ana,

    The amount is defaulting based on the calendar or the employee.

    This will identify if this is 0 or 8 hours.

    If you dont want the employee to maintain 4 or 8 hours, you have the option to identify that the employee can request a 'half' or 'full day'.

    those are the options you have.

    You can configure the calendar time and assign it to the employee.

    For only 4 or 8 hours controlled, you can enable half day definition. But now it is disabled, please check this blog for more information.https://talent.asgcrm.com/leave-and-absence-changing-the-unit-from-hours-to-days/
