Cancel a project invoice proposal

Hi everyone,

Can you help me how I cancel a project invoice proposal  after approval by a workflow ?

After the approval off a project invoice proposal, the delete button becomes disabled.

    Hi,

    If you select the workflow step "cancel" the Status should jump back to open and you should be able to delete your invoice proposal.

    Hi Ludwig  and thank you for your answer

    the problem is that if the invoice proposal is approved  there is't a step "cancel"

    Hello Lamounia,

    Can you please check how your workflow is configured especially what actions have been enabled in the advanced workflow window?

    You should have the possibility to cancel the workflow unless you miss the respective rights to do so if the workflow is setup properly.

    Hello Lamounia,

    Can you double check that your workflow includes the "approval" and "posting" step and that the different actions are enabled for both workflow steps?

    ahhh, I do't use the posting step in my workflow. 

    this solves my problem.
