Hi

Could you please help me documenting some new features that Field Service module have currently which were not there in the last years Field Service module in 2016 MSCRM or D365.

Also, In which CRM version did Microsoft introduce Field Service?

Any help is highly appreciated.

The Field Service functionality was acquired by Microsoft on July 16, 2015 from FieldOne. The product was formerly known as FieldOne Sky and did exist for several years before already.

You could refer to this user guide to know New and upcoming features in Field Service.

Field Service is an application in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement which was officially released on November 1,2016.
