Printers in AX

hello everybody, I have a problem in installation of printers on our terminal server, printer connected by USB port on client computer shared with other users, we can print in AX with the printer host, but other people do not print, that I must do?

First off, this is not AX-related issue. And second, as far as I know a Terminal Server automatically redirects only local printers i.e. connected to the client host (including network printers), but not printers shared by another host and connected to the client host through a printer share. And besides, you need printer drivers for the printer to be installed on the Terminal Server (printui.dll can help to install a driver, just run rundll32.exe printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /? for instructions). So if you have a client host that has a local printer shared with others and the others want to use this printer from a Terminal Server session then you probably should add this printer to the set of your Terminal Server printers (as usually: open Printers and Faxes from the Control Panel on the Terminal Server, click Add Printer, etc.; you can also automate this using printui.dll). After that any client that connects to the Terminal Server will see this printer in the set of available ones.
