Getting started with HR Module in D365 F&O

I am trying start using HR Module in an existing D365 F&O environment. The module is there. But, when I try to connect the HR app in teams, it says there is no environment.

Are there any other additional steps to be taken here?

Hi,
For Human Resources app in Teams, you can check out this document: Human Resources app in Teams - Human Resources | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn . The features mentioned in this article are currently available to customers on standalone Dynamics 365 Human Resources. The new experience will be available as part of future releases of Finance infrastructure.

Hi Hana,

So it means that current HR App in Teams is not for HR Module in F&O. But, D365 HR Stand alone is going to be depreciated soon, will the HR Teams will be updated too? To be used with F&O HR module?

Hi,
Have you tried the content in the second link? I'm not too clear about the follow-up information. As you mentioned, HR will be migrated to FO. You can ask in the finance forum if anyone knows the latest information?

Hi Hana,

The contents in second link is more like attaching a workspace/page of F&O in Teams. I am not exactly looking for that, because the builtin HR App for teams (which is not working in my case) is supposed to in a bit different way. It works in chat, like asking for leaves, show balance etc..

Yeah, I will try asking in finance forum.
