For Dynamics 365 CE we are using Teams meeting option in appointments and we have changed the description field format from Text to Rich text. We are using the outlook intergration, so the appointment will synch to outlook.
When we make an appointment in Dynamics and synch this to outlook, we get in the appointment on the outlook side HTML text in the description. In Dynamics this is just plain text. I looked in the setting on Outlook online, but didn't see any options to set this right. I hope somebody knows how to fix this.
