How we can import Master Data Like Customer , Vendor from other Software into Navision

Use RapidStart, Out of the Box NAV feature. There's a chances you will get ample amount of Standard Error with this but would be a genuine one. Other option is to make a temp table, Import into it with RapidStart and then write a Process to populate the MAster Data's.
RapidStart services is the standard way to go. For info on how to import:
