Error setting up dual write

I am trying to setup dual write but I receive the following error in Finance and Operations:

Dynamics 365 for Sales solution 'Dynamics365Company' is missing. Required version: '2.0.133' Dynamics 365 for Sales solution 'Dynamics365FinanceExtended' is missing. Required version: '2.0.227' Dynamics 365 for Sales solution 'Dynamics365FinanceAndOperationsCommon' is missing. Required version: '2.0.133' Dynamics 365 for Sales solution 'CurrencyExchangeRates' is missing. Required version: '2.0.133' Dynamics 365 for Sales solution 'Dynamics365SupplyChainExtended' is missing. Required version: '2.0.227'

How can I resolve this issue? I thought his might be related to the D365 for Sales solution on https://port.crm.dynamics.com/ but that seems to be installed and the latest so I'm not sure what else I have to do. The environment for D365 CRM is also on wave 2.

Hi,

Which exact versions of the Dynamics 365 solutions do you have installed? Did you also add a user in Dynamics 365 for Sales? What exact manual did you follow to do this setup?

I followed the guide that you download at https://aka.ms/dualwrite-docs so I have followed all of the required steps in that document.

These are the solutions I have installed from MS. My FO environment is on 10.0.6

Hi,

If every part is really on the wave 2 release or higher, it should work. Probably, you can create a ticket for Microsoft Support. They would be able to assist you and check if everything is on the correct version.

Which version of D365 are you on?

Have a look at the below link and follow the setup as outlined:
