Dynamics 365 Add-in connection error

I am in outlook and I click on Dynamics 365 Add-in in the ribbon bar, I get prompted to login, I click on my account and then get the below error.  I already have full read permissions to the Organization table.  My mailbox is enabled and tested/successful for incoming, outgoing, and appts.....

I have redeployed the D365 app for outlook.  I have restarted my computer.  Same issue.  Please advise on how to resolve this, thank you.

    Hi,
    This error will appear if the user associated with the mailbox record does not have sufficient privileges to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook.
     
    1)Find correct user based on the GUID provided in the error message.
    2) Check 'Organization' privilege of all security roles that assigned to this user.

    The error message contains an environment that lacks permission to read the organization table.
     
    Please check that you have added the read access to the organization table in the correct environment
