Print Purchasing Documents

Hi, I have the GP 2013 version and I need to give access to a user in the Print Purchasing Documents option, and that is in the shopping module, part of the transactions. Could you help me with the route to enable that option?

    In order to grant access on the print purchasing documents, follow the steps below:

    • Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > System > Security Role
    • Fill in a custom Role ID, and Role Name
    • Choose the predefined "Security Task ID: TRX_PURCH_002* (Print Purchasing Documents)
    • Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > System > User Security
    • Choose the specific company
    • Now, in the box below, you will find the custom Role Id defined above

    Security Roles

    Additionally, I would recommend checking the support debugging tool, security profiler for such tasks, it can just deliver the required value simply and straight forward. Check it out on Support Debugging Tool - Security Profiler

    You have to give access to the Purchasing Documents as well. If not, the Exception Report says that the PO is In Use, when it is not.
