Good afternoon everyone
I am wondering if anyone ran into the issue below and how it was resolved.
I would like to automatically run customer statements and have them emailed to our customers. I would like it restricted to only send to customers who have overdue balances. If the customer balance is only in current future and not due as yet I do not want these customers sent emails. From the screenshot below only the first 3 customers should receive customer account statements.
We have everything set up and working except for this last piece. I have tried a few parameters but nothing has yielded the return I am expecting.
Thanks, Charlotte
Appreciate it.
I think the way to achieve the end result I am looking for is to have the date in the To Date field as 30 days less than today's date. The only issue I am having now is trying to figure out how to make this field dynamic as it does not allow the syntax that would normally work with advanced filtering.

Thanks, Charlotte
I switched balance to balance date but an email was sent to accounts I did not want sent to.
I watched videos yesterday and started setting up the collection automation process, however, I did not see a way to send the customer account statement. I see where I can set up an email to go out to the customer but ran into a bit of an issue trying to attach the customer statement. Do you have any suggestions for me on how to achieve this is the automation process?
Hi Kamar,
Please refer to this blog, notice that in the last step, select Balance date instead of Balance.
Or you can use the collection automation processes.
