ISO20022 SEPA Credit transfer error (Vendor payment)

I followed this page (https://d365finance.uk/2020/07/25/generating-sepa-iso-20022-credit-transfer-payment-file-using-d365-finance/) to configure ISO20022 SEPA credit transfer, however, I come across this error message

I have already set SWIFT code, Routing number, IBAN and bank account number for both vendor bank account and debit bank account, but I still get this error message when I generate payment in Vendor payment journal.

Has anyone came across the same error message?

Hi,
The root cause of the problem is most likely the setup of the vendor's bank account information. It is necessary to define the country code in the bank's address information. Without this information, the system treats the payment as a non-SEPA payment and therefore requires a BIC/SWIFT and/or routing number.

Make sure the third identification is filled in the payment journal line
