Error installing NAV Web Server Instance

I get this error when trying to install the Web Server Components:

    check if there is already a web application using the same port.

    has your user admin rights?

    if you have developed the web application using vs2008/2010 switch to vs2012 (express) and compile it again using .net framework 4.5.
